Order Processing & Delivery Times
Order processing times vary by product, please refer to the product pages for estimated processing ("Usually Ships in") times. Products marked as "In Stock" are readily accessible to us via our Distribution Centre. Products marked as "Available" are accessible to us via our Distribution Centre or our supplier.
Processing your order
Orders containing items with different "Usually Dispatched In" times will be compiled at our Distribution Centre before dispatching. For example, if an order contains items with short order processing times (e.g. 1-2 business days) and longer processing times (e.g. 5-7 working days), items with the shorter processing times will be held at our Distribution Centre while other items arrive. If courier fees permit, at our discretion, items may be dispatched separately as they arrive. If you require the items with shorter processing times urgently, please place a separate order for these items.
To dispatch your order as quickly as possible, at times items may also be shipped to you directly from the publisher.
Please note: If your order is sent in multiple shipments, including directly from the publisher or manufacturer, there is no additional charge to you.
Shipping your order
Once items have been dispatched, typical delivery times are as follows (some deliveries may take longer depending on the delivery address):
- 2-5 working days: most Australian metropolitan areas.
- 5-10 working days: most regional and remote locations throughout Australia.
Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery by default. If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. Or on the checkout page you can request to have your parcel left without a signature. If you choose to do so it will be at your own risk. In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated.
Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking details.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address supplied to us. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry by you.
Change of Mind
Please choose your products carefully as we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If the products you receive are damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a full refund. Please notify us immediately by using our online contact form and provide your full name, order number and details of the fault.
To assist us with a speedy resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and damaged item for our inspection.
We will make every effort to process replacements for damaged/faulty/incorrect items within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods. The processing time for refunds is within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds will only be made against the original payment method used. Please note that any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending on your card issuer’s procedures.
